We know how much ya’ll enjoyed the activities last season, but we just can’t help ourselves when it comes to fun!  We’re adding some new fun activities to the list for 2008!  Come on out and play this fall! 

Cow Train

Who could resist a ride on the cow train?!   You can buckle up in one of our cow "girls" (Moo Linda, Della, Michelle, Lady, Regina, Tessie, Eleise, Jessica, Belle, & Carrie) and let them mooooovvvvveee you!  Adult and kid-sized cars available.  Great for pictures!

Hayride

Ready to sit a bit, and take a relaxing little trip to see the sites of Kaska Family Farm?  Climb aboard our tractor-drawn hayride!  Ask the driver about how the maze design gets there (he LOVES this question — but, shhhh! it’s a maze secret!)

Hay Jump

Jump up and down in our hay — you might come out looking like a scarecrow!

Farmer John Paul’s Mini Maze

Is your mind blown over the 10 acres of endless twists and turns in the cornfield maze?  Need a little maze, maybe something you can find your way out of?  Try your navigational skills at Farmer John Paul’s Mini Maze that takes less than 10 minutes!  Should you go left or right?  On Saturdays and Sundays, you might see a few friendly faces passing out yummy Halloween treats!

Corn Cannons

These cannons are air-operated and staffed with a Corn Cop for safety — and they’re just plain    FUN!  You’ve never seen an ear of corn do this, that’s for sure!  Once that ear of corn is loaded, just aim at one of the targets,  FIRE the button and watch that ear of corn FLY!  300-400 feet is not uncommon!

Maggie’s Pumpkin Patch

We named the pumpkin patch after our farm dog, Maggie.  She’s put in alot of hours keeping bunnies out of the patch!   You’re sure to find the perfect pumpkin in Maggie’s Pumpkin Patch.  Think pumpkins only come in orange?  Think again!  We’ve got a great selection of beautiful pumpkins of various colors, shapes and sizes.  Some for pie making, some just for jack-o-lanterns, or fall decor around the home or office.  Some varieties sell very quickly! Prices range from $1 to $5

Live Entertainment and Special Events

Kaska Family Farm wants to invite you to check our Event Calendar.  We’ve got everything from some great bands, special discount days, and fund raising events for local schools, food drives and cancer research.  Bring your family out and have some great toe-tappin fun or help bring a smile to someone’s face!

Haunted MAiZE

For the little farmers and cowgirls… 

For our tiniest guests, we have a special play area where they don’t have to battle with the big kids to have a little fun.  It features a corn box (like a sand box, but filled with, you guessed it, CORN!) and other activites just right for the half-pints!  This area will be a nice, low-key area for moms to let the little ones roam around a little.
